Lord Murugan currently resides at Plot 10963, Ext 32, Broadhurst, Gaborone — between BBS and Marang School. Darshan and seva take place on the great Murugan days and through the Chitirai Paruvam Kavadi Thiruvizha each year. Please contact a trustee to confirm the day and time before visiting.
We kindly request traditional or modest attire. Shoulders and knees should be covered. Footwear is to be removed before entering the sanctum area. Shawls are available at reception if needed.
Yes. During the Chitirai Paruvam Kavadi Thiruvizha, families are warmly welcomed to co-sponsor abhishekam, archana, or havan in honour of Lord Murugan. Please reach out through the contact form or any committee member with the names and stars (nakshatra) of the devotees to be included.
Not at present. The trust is preparing the permanent temple home at Tribal Lot 765, on the banks of the Thagale river in Malotwana Village, where the main sanctum's consecration awaits land-board approval. Once that home is consecrated, samskaras such as Thirumana Poojai and namakaranam will be considered in the future.
All sincere devotees and visitors are welcome, regardless of background. The temple is a place of reverence — please maintain silence and respect within the sanctum.
You may contribute through one-time donations, monthly support, sponsorship of specific poojas, or in-kind offerings (flowers, lamps, prasadam). See the Donations page for details.
Yes, complimentary parking is available on-site. On major festival days, overflow parking is arranged at the community centre nearby.
Yes. Devotees who cannot attend the Chitirai Paruvam Kavadi Thiruvizha may share their names, stars (nakshatra), and sankalpam through our contact form. The trustees will include those names in the festival's archana, and prasadam can be sent where possible.
